Orders not placed in store can be placed by calling 1-800-336-7838 number or,
 by e-mailing us at sswest@hubwest.com 
When placing your order over the phone you will be asked several questions to help us assure your
merchandize is made to your liking and all pertinent information is included for the artisans
 making your furniture and or, lighting. When placing an e-mail order you will likely be called or contacted via e-mail by a company representative to go over details pertaining to your order.
All orders over $300.00 require a 1/2 down deposit to have the order processed. The remaining balance is due prior to the shipment of the merchandize.
*No merchandize will be shipped until payment is made in full.*
We will gladly give you a local or state to state quote for delivery when requested prior to or, upon placing your order. Strictly Southwestern makes sure all shipments are fully insured; if there is a freight claim, we will handle it. If there is a loss we will replace it. We retain the title to all merchandize until it arrives safely at your home or business.
*There will be a 15% restocking fee for all cancelled or, returned custom orders. This does not apply to in stock or regular items.*
